Kishino Takagishi (b. 1997) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Chicago, IL. She received her BFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2020 where she studied film, video, and installation. She has been a visiting artist at both Concordia University (Montreal) and SAIC. Additionally, her work has been exhibited at the Onion City Film Festival, Zhou B Arts Center, and The Experimental Sound Studio (Chicago).Takagishi’s work employs concepts of light, emblems, and siblinghood in order to construct a design attitude towards drawing, painting, and 3-d object fabrication.
