Averill Curdy is the author of the collection Song & Error (Farrar Straus Giroux, 2014). Her work has been recognized by a Pushcart Prize, as well as fellowships from the Illinois Arts Council, the NEA, the Rona Jaffe Foundation, and the Fulbright Foundation. She lives in Chicago where she is Professor of Creative Writing at Northwestern University.
